R. "Ray" Wang is a vice president at Forrester Research. He serves Business Process & Applications professionals. Mr. Wang joined Forrester Research as a principal analyst with the Enterprise Applications and Business Process Platforms research practice.
Mr. Wang brings enterprise software experience honed from more than a decade of product management, management consulting, and marketing roles. Prior to joining Forrester, he headed up the CRM Analyst Relations program for PeopleSoft. At Oracle, Mr. Wang served senior roles in product management for both the ERP and CRM product lines. And while at Personify, he was the marketing chief for a Web-analytics startup valued at $2 billion.
Before working for packaged application vendors, Mr. Wang developed his management consulting and strategy experiences at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He specialized in SAP implementations, general strategy, program management, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare.
Ray Wang holds a BA in Natural Sciences and Public Health, and a master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He is certified in SAP FI/CO modules, facilitation, and program management office. |
