Payment and Refund Policy
Standard payment options include credit card purchases using Visa, Mastercard or American Express via the secure portion of this website or by telephone. Payment by company check is also welcomed. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars. Credit card users normally will have access to Analyst Profiles within 1 business day. Company check payments will be processed prior to granting access to Analyst Profiles.

All subscriptions to Analyst Profiles are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be transferred to another employee within the same company.

Account Activation
All accounts are subject to review prior to activation. Accounts are activated within 1 business day after payment has been processed. Tekrati reserves the right to decline any account and process a refund, for any reason.
